Hii..
I am of the belief that they should due to a couple reasons.
1st- bases are strong enough without them
2nd- we have no weapons that can kill them on ships that can detect them without going through all of the walls around them first
3rd- they kill almost all ships very quickly
4th- they only surface and have a easy way to kill them for a short time period
5th-it would incentive hitting more to know that there are no hidden ships and one less thing to make you time out in a hit not that anyone hits now days anyway
